My name is Harvey Redgrave

Hi, I'm Harvey! I'm currently a student pursuing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and I'm also a certified Fitness Instructor. My passion extends to watching UFC and other MMA-related content, having previously immersed myself in boxing, and now, I've embraced kickboxing as my latest endeavor, where I plan to document and share my progress. My commitment to fitness goes beyond my academic pursuits; it's a way to enhance my own well-being, as I work towards achieving personal physical goals such as toning up and feeling more at ease in my own body. I'll also be sharing regular updates on my training journey.
